Insulated containers are used to satisfy a number of shipping and storage requirements. For example storing products in containers that are subjected to extreme external temperatures. Insulating your container can stop liquids freezing in the winter and delicate items being damaged by condensation inside of the container during hot weather.
NORs
If you are looking for an insulated container, the most cost-effective option is to purchase a refrigerated container that is no longer operational. These are often referred to as NORs (Non-Operating Reefers). At Canberra Containers, we may have an NOR in stock. If we don’t have what you need we will try our best to get it.
Insulated Containers
The other option, if you need insulated containers, is to purchase a 20 ft or 40 ft general purpose containers we have in stock and then insulate the walls and roof. This can be completed using our high quality container customising service.
