A General Purpose Shipping Container suits most storage applications and the term is relating to the height, externally being 2600mm High.

A High Cube Container is the tallest available and commonly used for modifications or oversize storage, externally being 2900mm High and 300mm taller than a General Purpose Container.

Yes, we customise to order! Canberra Containers offer a range of Modifications from Intricate detailed turn key solutions to basic stuff like additional doors and windows. Tell us what you want to do and ask us how.

You can provide us your own drawings or Canberra Containers offer a design service. We produce some customised drawings in house and work with leading industry professionals subject to the particular project being undertaken. We work with each client on a case-by-case basis to achieve the required result.

Most basic modifications can be completed relatively quickly but is subject to our overall workload and the scope of and intricacy of works being undertaken. Speak with us today and we can confirm an approximate leadtime for your project.

We look at any purchase on a case-by-case basis at the time. If you want to sell your container, please email us some current photos and any details for consideration to quotes@canberracontainers.com.

Our most common size is our 20FT General Purpose and High Cube Containers. We have various other sizes available subject to availability at the time.

The minimum charge generally is One Month Hire.

We offer short and long term static storage options of 20FT containers only, but currently we do not offer accessible or come and go when you please type storage.

Access may be available by request and an access charge for us to make it available. Most of our storage is longer term that comes in on a truck and leaves on a truck. If you require frequent access you should find a location suitable for your access requirements.
